All sales of Silverpacks are final.
Because each Silverpack is a sealed mystery product containing randomly assorted coins, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. This policy ensures fairness to all customers and preserves the integrity and randomness of the product.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item (such as a missing pack or shipping error), contact us at info@silverpacks.co within 7 days of delivery, with proof of the issue.
